Premium Promotional Video Package

Booking and Payment

1. Concept & Location Discussion:

   • A pre-shoot discussion about the concept and location is required.

2. Booking Timeline:

   • Booking must be made at least 2 weeks in advance of the shoot date.

3. Payment:

   • A 50% deposit is required to confirm the booking.

   • The remaining 50% is due after the shoot and before delivering the final video.

Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellations less than 48 hours before the shoot:

   • The deposit is non-refundable.

2. Rescheduling:

   • One free rescheduling is allowed if notified at least 72 hours in advance.

Usage Rights

1. Personal Usage:

   • The video can be used for social media, personal branding, or private sharing.

2. Commercial Usage:

   • Videos used for advertising, sales, or marketing purposes require a separate commercial license.

   • Commercial usage rights must be agreed upon in advance and may increase the cost.

3. Copyright:

   • The copyright remains with the videographer unless explicitly transferred for an additional fee.

Deliverables

1. Standard Delivery:

   • Final videos will be delivered within 10–21 business days, depending on the complexity of the project.

2. Expedited Editing:

   • Delivery within 10 days is available for an additional 20% of the package price.

3. Revisions:

   • Up to 2 revisions are included in the package. Additional revisions will be billed at €50 per revision.

Additional Costs

1. Travel Costs:

   • Travel within Hamburg, Bremen, and Lower Saxony is included in the package price.

   • Travel outside these regions (up to 100 km) is charged at €0.50 per km.

   • Fixed rates apply for distances beyond 100 km and will be discussed beforehand.

2. Location Rentals:

   • Studio rentals or unique locations are not included in the package price.

   • Costs for studio rentals, hotels, or specialized locations will be billed separately.

3. Props and Equipment:

   • Basic props (e.g., fabrics, glass elements, candles) are included.

   • Special equipment (e.g., fog machines, projectors) or unique props are billed separately after prior agreement.

Project Workflow

1. Pre-Production:

   • Includes storyboarding, concept creation, and location planning.

2. Production:

   • The shoot itself, adhering to the agreed-upon concept.

3. Post-Production:

   • Includes editing, color grading, sound design, and graphic additions (if applicable).

4. Approval Process:

   • A draft version of the video can be shared for feedback to ensure alignment with expectations.

Flexibility for Larger Projects

1. For premium packages (€3,000 and above), the process will be divided into stages:

   • Pre-Production: Concept development and planning.

   • Shooting Day(s): Execution of the project.

   • Post-Production: Editing and delivering high-quality results.
