General Terms for photo Packages:
Booking and Payment:
Pre-shoot concept and location discussion.
Booking must be made at least 2 weeks before the shoot date.
100% prepayment is required to confirm the booking.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations less than 48 hours before the shoot will forfeit the full payment.
Photo Usage Rights:
Copyright remains with the photographer.
Photos can be used by the client for personal or commercial purposes (to be agreed upon beforehand).
Deliverables:
Final photos will be delivered within 14 business days.
Expedited editing (within 5 days) is available for an additional 20% of the package price.

Transportation within Hamburg, Bremen, and Lower Saxony is included.
Travel outside these areas is charged at €0.5 per km.
Prepayment:
100% payment is required to confirm booking.
Delivery:
Videos are delivered within 14–21 business days.
Expedited delivery (within 7 days) is available for an additional 20% of the package price.
Usage Rights:
Videos may be used for personal or commercial purposes as agreed.
Proper credit to the videographer is required for public usage (e.g., social media).
