Cinematic Photo Package
What’s included:
Shooting time: 4 hours.
Locations: Shooting in 2-3 locations, including studio and/or outdoor/indoor spaces. Locations are selected and finalized in collaboration with the client.
Lighting: Complex lighting setups: RGB lights, smoke machines, reflectors, and combined lighting techniques. Unique lighting solutions for each shot.
Deliverables: 20 retouched photos with a focus on atmosphere, depth, and detail.
Consultation: Concept development and style guidance (clothing, accessories).
Props preparation: Standard props (candles, glass elements, fabrics) included.

General Terms for All Photography Packages
Booking and Payment:
A pre-shoot concept and location discussion is required.
Booking must be made at least 2 weeks in advance of the shoot date.
A 100% prepayment is required to confirm the booking.
Cancellation Policy:
If canceled less than 48 hours before the shoot, the full payment will be forfeited.
A one-time rescheduling is allowed at no extra cost if the client notifies the photographer at least 72 hours in advance.
Photo Usage Rights:
Copyright of all photos remains with the photographer.
Clients may use the photos for personal or commercial purposes, as agreed upon in advance.
Clients are prohibited from editing, cropping, or applying filters to the delivered photos without prior approval.
Proper credit to the photographer is required for social media posts or publications.
Deliverables:
Final retouched photos will be delivered within 14 business days.
Expedited delivery within 5 days is available for an additional fee of 20% of the package price.
Additional Services and Costs:
Travel Costs:
Travel within Hamburg, Bremen, and Lower Saxony is included in the package price.
Travel outside these regions (up to 100 km) is charged at €0.50 per km.
For distances beyond 100 km, fixed rates will be negotiated in advance.
Location Rentals:
Studio rentals or other unique locations are not included in the package price.
Costs for studio rentals or special locations will be billed separately after prior discussion.
Props and Decorations:
Basic props (e.g., fabrics, glass elements, candles) are included.
Special or custom props (e.g., vintage items, designer furniture) are billed separately after prior agreement.
Extra Photos:
Additional edited photos beyond the package are available for €15 per photo.
For Commercial Clients:
Commercial usage rights must be agreed upon and licensed in advance.
Full copyright transfer for commercial purposes is negotiable at an additional cost.
