Purpose of the Shoot:
TFP shoots are intended for portfolio building, creative projects, and artistic purposes.
The photographer may use the photos for commercial purposes (portfolio, marketing, exhibitions).
Concept Agreement:
The concept, style, and mood of the shoot must be agreed upon in advance.
Both parties are expected to come prepared with appropriate outfits, props, and accessories (if applicable).

Models are required to send their portfolio or a selection of their recent work to tdmc.chien@gmail.com before the shoot is confirmed.
This helps ensure alignment between the model’s style and the photographer’s vision.

Transportation costs for the photographer within Hamburg, Bremen, and Lower Saxony are included.
Travel outside these regions must be discussed and agreed upon in advance.
Cancellations:
If either party needs to cancel, notice must be given at least 48 hours in advance.
Frequent cancellations or no-shows may result in exclusion from future collaborations.

The photographer selects the best images for editing and delivery.
RAW files will not be provided under any circumstances.

Copyright for all photos remains with the photographer.
The photographer may use the images for commercial purposes, including portfolio, social media, exhibitions, or marketing materials.

Editing, cropping, or applying filters to the photos is strictly prohibited.
Proper credit to the photographer (tagging or mentioning) is required for social media posts.
Model/Client Release Form:
Before the shoot, the model/client must sign a release form, granting the photographer permission to use the photos for commercial and personal purposes.
Editing Deadlines:
Retouched photos will be delivered within 14 business days.
Expedited editing (within 5 days) is available for €20 per photo.
Project Prioritization:
TFP shoots are subject to the photographer’s availability and may have lower priority compared to paid projects.
